Adhesion testing on different substrates

Adhesion comparison: Under the same curing conditions, Houxian®5117S has better adhesion on plastic plates than competing products, and it can be used on various substrates such as PS plates, electrophoretic plates, tinplate (polished/non-polished), and galvanized plates. Adhesion resistance comparison test after boiling: Under the same curing conditions, Houxian®5117S can withstand boiling at 80°C for 2 hours on a plastic board, and can achieve no foaming or whitening, and the adhesion of the boiled part is grade 0.
Comparison of alcohol rub resistance: Under the same curing conditions, Houxian®5117S has no obvious scratches on the plastic plate when it is resistant to alcohol rubbing for >50 times, while the competing products have obvious scratches when it is resistant to alcohol rubbing on the plastic plate for 50 times. fade.
*Note: Alcohol wiping test: Dip a clean cloth with anhydrous alcohol (concentration ≥99.5%), wrap it on a special test head (the area of the test head is 1c㎡ after wrapping the clean cloth), and apply a load of 500g. Use a special instrument to wipe the sample surface back and forth at a speed of 40 times/min to 50 times/min and a stroke of about 40cm, and the paint film surface is qualified when there is no obvious fading and no bottom penetration (through the substrate).
