Product introduction:

Houxian® ACH511 is a low-hydroxyl emulsion developed based on the original Rev-core-shell new synthesis technology platform, which gets rid of the dependence on emulsifiers and achieves perfect core-shell encapsulation, without APEO and organic solvents.

Product properties:

• Appearance: Creamy, slightly translucent emulsion

• Solid content/wt%: 40±1

• Viscosity (25℃, cps): ≤3000

• Minimum film forming temperature MFFT/℃: 38

• pH: 6-8

• Hydroxyl value: 1.6%

Application Features:

1. Outstanding polishability

2. Isocyanate can be added directly

Application range:

Clear background and white background, used in wooden doors, suite furniture, panel furniture

Precautions:

• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun

• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
