Product introduction:
Houxian®5914K is a specially modified water-based acrylic emulsion. The resin can obtain high thixotropy by directly adding amine neutralizer without adding thickener, and has excellent silver powder orientation effect. It is recommended for water-based paint systems such as aluminum profiles and hardware. It is suitable for silver powder paint and solid color paint.
Product properties:
• Appearance: Creamy blue-tinted lotion
• Solid content/%: 25±1
• pH: 6.0-7.5
• Viscosity (25℃, CP): <500
• Hydroxyl content (solvent free, calculated): 1.2%
Application Features:
1. Excellent thixotropy, excellent directional arrangement effect of aluminum powder.
2. High hardness, excellent alcohol resistance, multi-substrate adhesion.
Application range:
Electric tricycle, imitation copper door, glass wine bottle
Precautions:
• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun
• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
