Product introduction:
Houxian®5124 is a high-hydroxyl emulsion for two-component water-based gold paint. The odor in the can is extremely low. The obtained coating film has high hardness, excellent resistance, good transparency, fast drying speed and extremely high gloss. It is suitable for the preparation of two-component high-gloss varnishes and solid-colored paints with water-based isocyanate curing agents.
Product properties:
• Appearance: Milky white slightly blue phase emulsion
• Minimum film forming temperature MFFT/℃: 45
• Solid content/wt%: 45±1
• Ionicity: Anionic
• Viscosity (25℃, cps): <10000
• pH: 6-8
• Hydroxyl content (solvent free, calculated): 3.2%
• Pot-life: 4~6 hours at 35℃.

• Can be used as a co-reactant for waterborne two-component polyurethane systems

• Drying method: baking at room temperature or low temperature
Precautions:
• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun
• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
