Product introduction:
Houxian®5113 is a waterborne hydroxyacrylic dispersion suitable for two-component use with waterborne isocyanate curing agents. About 41% solids were dispersed in a water/ethylene glycol butyl ether solution and neutralized with dimethylethanolamine. Clear appearance, higher hydroxyl value and higher hardness. Recommended for two-pack metallic paints.
Product properties:
• Appearance: slightly yellow translucent liquid
• Solid content/wt%: 40±1
• pH: 6-8
• Viscosity (25℃, cps): ≤5000
• Hydroxyl content (solvent free, calculated): 4.2%
Application Features:
Clear appearance, convenient toning, high gloss, good plumpness, and no naphtha.
Application range:
Machine tools, large steel structures, construction machinery
Precautions:
• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun
• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
