Product introduction:
Houxian®5041K is a hydroxyacrylic acid dispersion that can be used in rail transit, construction machinery, metal anti-corrosion and other fields. It can be used with amino resin or blocked isocyanate to prepare waterborne one-component stoving paint, and can also react with isocyanate curing agent or other crosslinking agent to prepare waterborne two-component polyurethane coating.

• Appearance: Milky white emulsion
• Solid content/%: 42±1
• pH: 6.5-9.5
• Viscosity (25℃, CP): 50-6000
• Hydroxyl content (solvent free, calculated): 4.1%
Application Features:
1. Excellent directional arrangement effect of aluminum powder, 60° gloss is greater than 110
2. Excellent adhesion to multiple substrates, such as magnesium-aluminum alloy, stainless steel, recoatability 3 times with good adhesion

Car wheels, oil drums, glass wine bottles

• Drying method: baking at room temperature or low temperature
Precautions:
• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun
• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
