Product introduction:
Houxian®5025K is a hydroxyl-containing acrylic dispersion for metal anti-corrosion decoration. It can be used with amino resin and blocked isocyanate to make waterborne one-component baking paint, and can also be used with isocyanate curing agent to prepare waterborne two-component polyurethane coating.
Product properties:
• Appearance: Milky white liquid
• Solid content/%: 42±1
• pH: 6.5-9.5
• Viscosity (25℃, CP): 50-6000
• Hydroxyl content (solvent free, calculated): 2.5%
Application Features:
1. Excellent resistance to high temperature yellowing at 200°C.
2. Excellent flexibility and chemical resistance.

Precautions:
• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun
• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
