Product introduction:
Houxian®5020 is a hydroxyl functional group-containing acrylic secondary dispersion with fast drying speed, high hardness and good water resistance. It can be used with polyurethane curing agent for construction machinery, plastic paint primer or topcoat.
Product properties:
• Appearance: Milky white liquid
• Solid content/wt%: 45±1
• pH: 6.5-9.0
• Viscosity (25℃, cps): 50-6000
• Hydroxyl content (solvent free, calculated): 2.0%
• Density, g/cm3: 1.06
Application Features:
1. Good adhesion on metal substrates.
2. Good initial water resistance and chemical resistance.
Application range:
Machinery and equipment, large steel structures
Instructions for use:
① Can be used as co-reactant in waterborne two-component polyurethane system
②Usage: spraying
③Drying method: baking at room temperature or low temperature
Precautions:
• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun
• Please stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with cationic substances and inks
