Product introduction:
Houxian®AK6001 is a water-based amine-neutralized acrylic modified alkyd resin. After amine neutralization, it can be used in water-based anti-corrosion paint and water-based amino baking paint. It has excellent fullness, gloss, drying speed, hardness and Weatherability. This product is not neutralized, it needs to be neutralized with amine neutralizer and then diluted with water before use. Neutralizers suggest DMEA or triethylamine, or a combination of both.

• Appearance: Yellow-brown translucent viscous liquid
• Acid value: 28-35mgKOH/g
• Solid content/wt%: 70±2
• Color (Fe-Co): 7 max
• Viscosity (25℃, mps): 30000-50000
• Solvents: BCS, PM
Application Features:
1. The hardness rises quickly and the resistance is excellent.
2. It has better hydrolysis resistance.

Steel structure, light anti-corrosion field
Precautions:
• The storage temperature should be 5-35℃, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent freezing and exposure to the sun
• Stir well before use, keep tightly closed after use, do not mix with other incompatible substances
